Podcast 04 now available: Centering Exercise
I have finally had a moment to get back to podcasting. This week's podcast (5.1 MB -- 5min 38sec) features an exercise to center yourself: it's a great way to start a standing warm-up. Basically you check in with your alignment and sense your body in space.
For those who are building a playlist of exercises, you might prefer the version without the intro/extro music so your practice isn't interrupted by music at the end of every exercise.
